12-foot-span DeHavilland Vampire

We love a Canadian tutor intrigue on this 12-foot, 3-inch-span turbine-powered jet! Built by Andy Johnson from a Falcon Aviation kit, a 60-pound aircraft is powered by a Wren 160. Thanks to a father and son videographer team of Pete and Dean Coxon for filming this during a Large Model Association eventuality in East Kirby, UK.

Note: writer Rich Uravitch has pleasantly sensitive us that a black and yellow is indeed a RAF high-vis  intrigue practical to aircraft that were used to draw targets!
