Video seminar Tip — Making Strong Splices in Balsa Sheeting

Working with vast models, it is mostly required to splice a balsa sheets together for equipment like wings and prolonged fuselages. To furnish clever slices in a balsa sheeting we have to make them during an angle to boost a glue aspect so a sheet’s altogether strength is not compromised. This seminar video tip by Sr. Tech. Editor Gerry Yarrish shows how to do it correctly.

All adhesives are from Zap Glue. The wing is from Gerry’s 1/3-scale Fokker Triplane built from a Balsa USA kit.
